They gave me a quote for invisiline told me it was for the full treatment all the trays and retainers and gave option s to pay I chose pay in full ,
They do periodic treatments just like braces
I was told about 1/2 way through I owed more! I told them I paid in full and then Told me YOUR RIGHT ! sorry and say your paid , then this happens a few more times after my treatment
I would remind them and they would say the same thing, sorry your right.
Then I was done and about 1 year after I received a bill saying I owe 800 more even though I paid ALL THE COST,
I called and tried to resolve this but they said some mumbo jumbo about different insurance companies, I told them I paid in full based on the insurance company I had when you quoted me it's not my fault to did t file the completed claim with that original insurance company! AND YOU KEPT TELLING ME I WAS PAID IN FULL but now that I'm not a patient anymore you feel you should rip off a Senior citizen by saying I owe more money , this is fraud and over charges for services I paid for over 1 year ago , this is BAD BUSINESS practice and speaks volumes for what kind of business they are! I saw other reviews stating similar claims of overcharges. They need to remove this charge from my record and clear this from collection to make this right !
