Review: In July I bought a guitar from this person/business through ebay. His ebay user name is gitslinger. Including shipping I paid 2025.00 USD. As of mid October I still did not receive the item. I opened an investigation through my bank. Upon being contacted the seller/business sent the item after I made it very clear I didn't want it anymore and just wanted my money back because I was sick of dealing with them. The item was sent anyway. Before it arrived I said I wanted to return it. He said that was fine and that he would refund my money. He gave me his address and received the returned item on 10/23/14 at 12:49 pm. He has yet to return my money and refuses to reply to my attempts to contact him. Ebay has an email record of us discussing a refund and I have the confirmation of shipping from USPS.Desired Settlement: Honestly, more than anything I want my money back, I feel like from day 1 this person was attempting to scam me. It took 3 months for him to properly put the item in the mail. In this day and age it's hard to believe the USPS would be any part of the problem especially considering when I sent the item back it got there as scheduled. Ebay, PayPal, and sovereign bank have all attempted to help me out.
