I am rejecting this response because: This is a sad, unprofessional response.Your company referred to us and by whom is of no consequenceThe common denominator is an extreme lack of communication between you , your customers, employees and so on.As a business owner, customer satisfaction should be a top priorityNot using circumstances of how your company obtained the saleYou have clearly repeatedly lied to me, strung me alongI contacted you before warranty expired and willing to give the supporting documentation.Our last communication was stated you would keep me posted...still nothing yet.The most important thing I can say is I certainly would never recommend Canon Construction

This entire incident started on April 17,To sum up, Canon's representative had come to the house offering a free storm damage assessmentThis was accomplished with a representative of my home insurance company and both were in agreement there was damage to the roofThe roof repair was accomplishedAt that time I also contracted with Canon to replace the gutters on my front porch area, this was accomplished by their roofing crewUnfortunately this was an unacceptable installationA split gutter was installed across the frontThe gutter system , instead of draining correctly, will hold water...until it leaks out of areas (each corner and the center split area)times they have sent out their own repair people who agreed it is an incorrect installation, and then try to resealAt present, the gutter system pours out water at each storm
I have spoken with people at CanonEach time I am assured they will repair it properly and they will get back to me with a timetableEach time no one calls, when I call backthe next individual starts all over again with the same empty promises as well as no call when they stated they would
Unfortunately these people are arrogant and dishonestI recommend consumers avoid them totallyThey just do not care about Customer service
I have copies of the Contract, pictures of the gutter system, and transcripts of e-mail texts between myself and Canon Representatives

***, I was out of town and handed it off to the salesman on the job Joe W***, he has handled the issue and we are making sure weather permitting he is taken care of he was worried the flashing was not correct on the skylights causing them to fog up we will make sure this is taken care of and he is happy

After my initial complaint to Revdex.comCanon gave me a phone number to a "service guy" whom worked for Canon to make the repairsHe was very friendly and told me he would be out to look at it then make repairsHe even acknowledged that the ridge vents and skylights were not done properlyHe never showed upI contacted him again and he said he wouldn't need to that he was sending a crew to come fix the problemsThey never cameIt has been months now and nothingThey just give me the runaround every time I callIf something isn't done this week I will be contacting a lawyerThis is their chance to make it right

The issues were resolved and the employees were polite and professionalThank you

Dear Mr. [redacted],First of let me apologize, I am very aware of your issues and I was just reprimanding Josh W[redacted] our production manager and Chad D[redacted] who has your screens and they are repaired, he needs to bring them down and I believe replace 70 feet of gutter. I will get you and exact date...

tomorrow and will take 100.00 dollars of the amount owed for the delay. Our main trade is roofing and we sub out smaller jobs. I do apologize it was hard finding a gutter man to do the small work but it is a number one priority to me and I assure you, you will be satisfied. My apologies again and look forward to talking tomorrow with good news.

We are sorry for any issues. We have contacted your salesmen who is also the father of your granddaughter and he has told me he had done all the services in the past. We realize there may be an issue between your daughter and Tommy the salesmen and hope this does not cloud the...

situation or ruin Canon's good name. Even though you are out of warranty Tommy contacted your husband in front of me and assured me you would be taken care of and more than satisfied. Please let me know if you need anything further. Thank you again, Donna D[redacted].
