In regards to this unit, *** was never on the leaseWe did charge for the days the keys were returnedWe follow a strict move out process and they keys were turned in lateSo they did receive the proper deposit backUnless *** can prove that the keys were turned in earlier, which we will
adjust of that is the case, then the deposit stays as is
