Review: Since we purchased the product we have been unable to use it. We have contacted tech support due to performance issues. We have been unable to use this product to scan into our software. Contact tech support with no help available nor able to explain why we were unable to scan documents with our dental software. When purchase we were mislead and told it would be compatible. We have consulted with our IT person and he explained the equipment sold to us does not have a twain which means it will never be compatible. We contact cannon have spoken with several employees and supervisors. Each time we call they have a new supervisor, the last Supervisor we spoke with [redacted] advised us our contract should be terminated since we are unable to use the product. [redacted]'s contact number is [redacted] ext: [redacted] who is now no longer available. Since then we have purchased equipment compatible for our dental practice. Currently the product is sitting in our area with no purpose because we were unable to use it or get support. They currently our still billing us for a product we are unable to use. Customer Service and Tech Support consistently have been no help and only given us a run around with no solution. Consistently they have changed employees and each time it is a new supervisor with no solutionDesired Settlement: We would like the product to be picked up and billing to stop since they were not able to provide with a service nor tech support.
