I am rejecting this response because:I stand by my original statement, they held my...

“Paid in Full” money while they made error after error.  They refused to update me or take any responsibility for my loss of three months without a canopy. I had to beg for a refund after the third attempt to get the canopy correct.  The technicain drilled an exposed hole in the cab and never resealed it and cut/spliced wires and left them under the truck which tore off driving down the road.  I immediately called them informing them that they need to fix these issues to which Dave didn’t reply other then to say he’ll “take it up with his manager”. Canopy Corner has yet to fix the items they disrupted on my truck above and beyou d just a refund I begged for after the second and third attempt. I want the wires fixed or replaced and the hole filled along with the battery cap they cut off to “Pre Loss Condition”.

I am rejecting this response because:Canopy Corner, Regarding the sequences of events and timeline of the order errors are NOT disputed for the record, what is in dispute are the blatant disregards to the damages made to my truck through carelessness of Canopy Corner.  I still have cut wires in the left rear taillight, wires hanging down below the frame, cutout red battery cap used for positive wire and an exposed hole under the drivers seat. Based on Canopy Corners responses, they only want to place blame on Century’s mistakes while ignoring the facts of the damages they caused to my 2003 Ford Ranger with less then 19,000 miles on it (not a miss type).  This truck was showroom condition in every way and I’ve yet to read where Conopy Corner has offered to fix the damages they caused, not, what Centry caused.Canopy Corner and the manager Dave have a responsibility to make this whole to pre loss condition. Regards, [redacted]
