Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Canopy Corner, Regarding the sequences of events and timeline of the order errors are NOT disputed for the record, what is in dispute are the blatant disregards to the damages made to my truck through carelessness of Canopy Corner I still have cut wires in the left rear taillight, wires hanging down below the frame, cutout red battery cap used for positive wire and an exposed hole under the drivers seatBased on Canopy Corners responses, they only want to place blame on Century’s mistakes while ignoring the facts of the damages they caused to my Ford Ranger with less then 19,miles on it (not a miss type) This truck was showroom condition in every way and I’ve yet to read where Conopy Corner has offered to fix the damages they caused, not, what Centry caused.Canopy Corner and the manager Dave have a responsibility to make this whole to pre loss conditionRegards, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]
