They seemed overwhelmed post Harvey. They didn't really monitor subs and had some serious quality issues. We ended up hiring someone else to finish up - we fired them as ineffective. Likely they took on too many jobs post flood, and customers paid the price. Some ridiculously sloppy work was done- they installed window sill trim upside down and doors opening the wrong way! Dry wall was bad, paint was terrible, any carpentry was poor, and exterior work was borderline negligent. They damaged some areas they (or unmanaged subs) should not have been working in. No issue with reaching them as noted - somehow whenever we called "we must have just missed them as they were there earlier". EVERY screwup was "punchlist", as in unfinished carpentry, paint peeling off the cabinets, cabinets not built to spec, 1 inch dry wall gaps around electrical boxes, doors only primed, not painted. Horrendous. We sat with Mr Lujohn to design cabinets, then they delivered generic builds without the features we requested. Poorly build cabinets never truly aligned, so the drawers stick.

Hired them to do a full remodel of my master bath. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.
