Please add the following to my rebuttalIn the company's response it was written, " Upon his arrival, there were multiple customer on siteMr [redacted] said who he was, and handed the keys to CollinAs he handed the keys to Collin, He said" They scratch it, they buy it""I was the only customer on site in the waiting room of the office and I was unaware of any other customers on the propertyAs I identified myself to the individual names Collin, I did indeed hand my keys to him and remarked, "They scratch it, they buy it." This was said as we both were standing on the drivers side of the truck where it was plainly visible that there were no scratches on the vehicle of the rear fenderUpon bringing the truck around, I noticed a inch scratch through the paint and brought this to the attention of BrandySo the question reminds, how did it get there except by the individuals who installed the bed liner.Kind regards,Robert E [redacted]
