We had placed calls to CANRO at two separate locations. The tech who comes to our homes were always courteous, on time and efficient. No hidden fees, everything is upfront and the fee they give you is what you pay at the end plus taxes. They don't leave the site to come back tomorrow or keep you waiting. They also provide an explanation and tell you how to care of the product they install. I always assumed what the big store sell is top of the line, but over time I found out I have to use the brands that industries are using, as they last longer and that is what CANRO brings to your home. Highly recommended and you won't regret it.

George at Canro, has always provided us great services going above and beyond our expectations. Recently, one water pipe burst in our rental house and our tenant was left without water. George has responded promptly to our service call, around 6pm, fixing the water leak. The repair was done fast and the water was restored in no time. We find George courteous, honest and has a professional business approach on his dealings with clients. We are very pleased with his excellent service and definitely recommend Canro to everybody that needs plumbing and heating services.

We had a problem with a boiler where the piping start producing leaks after increased water pressure. [redacted] came as many times as was needed to have all the leaks fixed. [redacted] is very experienced person that isn't only takes care about existing problem but also explains what needs to be done to maintain the heating equipment in a proper manner.

Have had problems with my radiant heating for a few years now. A few have come and "fixed" the problem --- unfortunately not to our satisfaction.

We had a new hot water tank installed in one of our rental units in April 2015. We called again on Canro as we had received great service from them in the past and the tenant was without hot water. George came in less than 2 hours with a new unit and replaced the old one. Everything was done quickly, the unit works perfectly and we had a happy tenant within hours. Canro has replaced 2 furnaces in the same building for us in previous years. We find George is always courteous and very honest in his dealings and a good professional.

George has replaced my water heater and repaired my furnace. Both times I was quite pleased with his work and for the furnace, he was able to do the work quite early in the morning so that I wouldn't miss work - much appreciated.
