The method of "express mail" was [redacted]'s choice and not a requirement. Standard postage would have sufficed for the payment to reach Cantele Memorials. Regarding the cost of the work to be completed. [redacted]s contacted Cantele Memorials to inscribe the final death date. I made two trips to inscribe the final date. the first trip revealed that the type of lettering font on the stone was no standard but unique style font. The second trip I made was when I saw that it was completed. Two trips equating 60 miles. Not knowing who did this work, we were contracted a few days later by [redacted] who actually performed the work. We paid them immediately. At any point, [redacted] could have contacted us to cancel  the order, but chose not to and therefore my expenses continued. I wasted computer time, fuel, expensive stencil (now unusable because of the unique font). [redacted] took the time to call another company, but did not extend the courtesy to call and cancel. While they have paid [redacted] the amount of $160 for actually doing the work, they still have not refunded me for the remaining amount of$23. (This is apart from the additional amount of $19.99 I spent to send the check via Express Mail so Cantele would expedite the work). Until I receive the $23 that Cantele owes me, this matter will not be settled or resolved.Thank-you again for your attention to this matter.
