Mr*** paid for an Annual Generator Maintenance service on 06/13/2017, that service was performed by Tony S*** on 07/06/Tonys notes from that
service report that “everything was okay” and all of his readings are within rangeIf there is ever an issue or a unit “running rough” the maintenance technician will email me so that we can set up a service callThat was not the case, but Mrs*** called in on 07/12/and reported the unit running roughI took the call and explained that if there was not a repair need associated with this recently performed maintenance service then there would be a chargeThey agreed to have *** *** come out*** ***s technician notes are as follows: “Unit running rough during exercise cycleHad to adjust choke plate to allow better air flow due to the unit being set on low speed exerciseCust says it has always been set on low speed w/o problemAfter adjustment of the choke plate I ran the unit in its exercise cycle in front of cust & it ran fineDirect bill to the customer.” Mr*** called into me and stated that he was going to dispute this bill, I explained that adjustments to the choke plate aren’t done by our maintenance technicians*** *** called me directly and explained that Mr*** had filed a Revdex.com complaint with them as well but he agreed this wasn’t related to a maintenance service either Please let me know if I need to do anything further with this. Our Warranty clearly states that it is non-transferable from the original purchaserI have attached the Warranty from the original ownerI tried to call the customer this morning at 10:and left a message on her voice mail
