Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the company and she stated that they are in the process of fixing the leak and once the leak is fixed they are able to fix the hole. Regarding the peeling paint, she will be contacting the consumer to look at that problem today.

Review: ON OR BEFORE JUNE 15th 2014 I PAID MY DEPOSIT. MY MOVE IN DATE WAS JULY 7TH 2014,WHEN I GOT TO THE LEASING OFFICE TO SIGN MY LEASE THEN I WAS TOLD APARTMENT 24 WAS NOT LIVABLE DUE TO FLEA INFESTATION,THEREFORE MANAGMENT SUGGESTED UNIT 47 WILL BE READY THAT JULY 10TH 2014 MOVED IN ON JULY 11TH 2014 ON THE PROMISE THAT THE WOULD HAVE EVERYTHING DONE WITHIN THE NEXT FOLLOWING WEEK, TO MY SURPRISE THEY HAVE NOT BEEN BACK TO FIX ANYTHING,MY CEILING IN THE KITCHEN IS LEAKING WATER TERRIBLY OVER TOP OF THE VENT WHICH HAS SMELL NOW COMING FROM THE WATER DAMAGE ,THERE IS PEELING PAINT ON THE WALLS, A HOLE ALSO IN THE KITCHEN WHERE THE HOT WATER TANK IS LOCATED BATHROOM TUB IS A MESS HAVE CONTACTED LEASING OFFICE DAILY EITHER KNOW ONE IS THERE OR NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE,EVEN WENT TO THE OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES AND IT WOULD BE CLOSED BUT OFFICE HOURS ARE 9AM TO 5PM.THE NUMBER THEY GIVE YOU TO CALL AFTER HOURS ARE [redacted]AND I HAVE CALLED THAT NUMEROUS TIMES DID SPEAK WITH SOMEONE AND HE STATED WE WILL BE OUT TO FIX EVERYTHING BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED AS OF YET ALSO YOU CANT LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED FOR AN EMERGENCY.THIS IS STRESSING ME OUT SERIOUSLY PLEASE HELP ME FIND A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM.
