Canterbury Flooring

Review: Purchased hickory clear grade flooring from Canterbury. They shipped rustic grade which is a much lower grade wood and was loaded with knots and holes in the floor. Their sales representative agreed that they did not ship what was ordered and agreed to refund the full purchase price. It has now been four months and they have repeatedly ducked and dodged why they won't refund the money. I am concerned they are not financially viable and we will lose our money.Desired Settlement: Refund of money's paid.
