I am rejecting this response because: Someone did come out to view the water leaks, and said repairs was madeLater that same night I had water leak coming from the vent in my bathroom, and my carpet remain soaked in my dining room and bedroomI have dealt with this for several months.My medicial condition makes it hard for me to continue to live under such conditionsMy shower and sink are constantly cloggedI have decided to seek legal counsel, because of how my situation was handled, and the fax that I was never offered another apartment.I blame this ordeal of poor managementA maintenance man is here now to resolve the leak, which is coming from my neighbors upstairs Regards, [redacted] ***
We do not hold money on the property for safety reasons, money received is processed right awayThe monies are being processed for paymentThe refund has been expedited a check should be cut and mailed shortly
We have reviewed the work orders submitted by Mrs*** and believe we have corrected them allA technician visited her apartment to address any further issue and we believe there are no further outstanding issuesEach time a work order has been submitted we have responded and corrected the issue,
in an apartment community of this age maintenance is an ongoing issue and we strive to resolve all issues we are aware of or that residents reportMrs*** is still responsible for the rent payments while she has possession of the apartment and must submit proper notice as spelled out on her lease
