We initially signed a purchase agreement that did not include a cosigner The dealership asked us to return to the dealership and sign a new purchase agreement with a cosigner, which we did Either way, I spoke with Mario D***, and the sales manager who both assured me that they would rectify the issue with a car replacement I cannot get either of them on the phone to have them live up to their agreement.I am unclear how the Revdex.com can assist, please let me know if it is time to initiate litigation.Thanks.*** ***

that you requested an upgraded rental vehicle from our standard $per day compact, a Honda Civic, which is the same type of car, a civic, that you brought in for serviceTheir records indicate that you rented a mid-size sedan, Chrysler 200, for the first few days and then a large SUV, Nissan Rogue, for the remaining week, both of which have a rental fee of $per dayAt this time, *** *** will only authorize a dealer reimbursement of $which was paidAs our Service Manager informed you, we have asked *** *** to review your case on a Customer Goodwill level if you contact *** *** Customer Hotline and choose Campaigns DepartmentThey have the authority to approve items above and beyond dealership authorizationsI hope this information is helpfulThank you

I was aware that the car had to be orderedThe salesperson that I dealt with which resigned for no apparent reason did not disclose that the car was being driven from Albany, NY to Tarrytown, NYI was NEVER, NEVER told about the mileageIf you buy a new car you expect the car to have 10-miles unless they tell you that it's a 'dealer used car." Additionally the distance from Albany to Tarrytown is miles, why did this car have miles? You mean to tell me it was test driven miles? Ridiculous!Yes, the manager VL told me about the refund the same day I sent the letter; he called and left a message to call him and when I called him back he said, I quote: - "Oh yes, is this about the refund? Yeah,Yeah you didn't get it yet? Yeah you'll get it, you'll get." Me - Thank you for your help! No amount of money was mentioned.Yes, I did have a choice not to buy the car but I had a custom installed remote starter for an additional $and I was pressured by the manager and salesperson and felt guiltyPlease show good customer service!

You sold me a car and told me the trade in was no problems that you were buying the trade in car Black LX Civic this was to do the deal for the new car or I never would have done the deal or took my insurance off the traded car

Good Afternoon,There is nothing on the purchase order nor does the paperwork indicate a Pilot with sensing. After almost a year, there is really nothing the dealership can do at this point. If the customer would like to explore the possibility of trading that vehicle in on a vehicle with sensing, we...

would be happy to explore that option with no guarantees. Please understand that the payment will be higher. I also spoke to the management team and no one had any conversation with the customer about this situation. The current management team is the same management that was here when the customer leased their vehicle.Please let me know if any additional information is needed.

I just reviewed what the service department said and its a complete lie.  I had to get a new rental car from [redacted] because the one I was in, had a bubble in the tire. That was not safe for me to drive.  Tarrytown Honda is the worse car dealership and I will never go there again.  I spoke with [redacted] and they have agreed to pay me the balance since, Tarrytown Honda is not.  I will make sure that I tell everyone about my horrible experience with Tarrytown Honda and they should stay clear of that service department.
