I would like to first off say that I in the past, I have had a great relationship with North Point Toyota Service Department since I first began doing business with themThe majority of the staff were quite helpful and friendlyI have even referred them to othersI usually get my tires rotated and oil changes thereOn my last visit it wasn't the bestI pulled in to have my usual services and there was one car ahead of meAs I patiently waited, I watched as other vehicles were acknowledged, all with the exception of myselfA fourth vehicle pulls in, so I finally had to get out of my car to get one of the workers attentionIn the process of my doing so, the 4th customer was courteous enough to let them know that I was ahead of themThis alone caused me to have to wait longer because I then had cars ahead of meWhen they finally finished, the service guy told me about lots of other things I needed to have doneHe set me up with a lady(can't remember her name) to help meI asked her how long everything would take and she said, "oh, about 2-hours." By this time, it was around, a.mI waited and waited and waited and was stuck there until almost 5:p.mafter I left, I had to go back because I noticed my glove box being slightly openThis was unusualIt wouldn't even closeI had to return and have that repairedSome days later, I noticed that my charm bracelet was not in thereMind you, this is a bracelet that I've since that had accumulated SEVERAL charmsI paid a visit to the service

I've had three vehicles serviced at North Point now. At first the prices and service seemed ok. Than an incident happened when a technician damaged my vehicle. It has been over 3 months and have left numerous messages for the GM to call back regarding the work that was done to the vehicle is incomplete. Phone calls are not being returned and it seems like they are trying to skirt around and not fix the damage. This matter has been brought to the GM attention one phone was returned with zero follow up to schedule the appt to have the damage corrected.
