Drive 45mins to test drive a *** *** I wasn't into the particular feel and style of the one I test drove so when I came back to the lot I noticed a sleek *** *I was set on getting a *** that was a 5spd with air conditioning Right when I looked in the window and noticed it was a 6spd, the car beeped and I opened the door Nick, the awesomest guy I've ever dealt with, was on the same page as I was and hit the unlock button from the office He came out, gave me the "key" and before I even hit the street I knew I wanted the car When I came back from the test drive we sat down and talked numbers Even though there wasn't much room for haggling, I was very happy with the outcome Nick made sure all the brakes and rotors were replaced, oil was changed, and ordered me new tires I'm going to get next week Needless to say, even though this place is almost an hour away, I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants a great vehicle at a very fair price with excellent customer service ALL guys in the place were very nice, honest, willing to help, and talked about everything from motorcycles to auctions
The experience I had with Canton Auto Exchange could have been better I went there to check out a car I was interested in While I was there, he mentioned that if I were to purchase it, it would come with a spare key I had a few other cars to check out that day, so I left I spoke to him later that day over the phone and we came to an agreement on price He had waived a document fee since I was registering the vehicle on my own since I was out of state I went there a week later to check the car over once more I was ready to buy it and we both agreed to the price he had given me over the phone When we went to do the paperwork, he added back the document fee he had waived over the phone I told him I wouldn't buy it for that price and he agreed to the original price he gave me, but he wouldn't give me the spare key I agreed to the deal, although I felt that he should have given me the spare key for free The car wasn't ready for me to drive home that day and since I traveled far to get there, he offered to drop it off for me They sent it through their shop and it was ready for me days later, but he said he could no longer drive it to me and I would have to wait at least a week if I wanted them to drop it off I ended up driving back to pick it up I am happy with my vehicle and have had no issues with it so farThey are not very good at following through on their word If they tell you something, I would not be surprised if they did not follow through with it My recommendation would be to get everything in writing before agreeing to anything to make sure they follow through with their promises
