soon as the toner arrived, we took the toner right to themNote: the customer was not down at all and the display was showing bars left, meaning that they would not need the Black Toner for 1-months. I confirmed this with the office manager that there were bars showing on the display. In Finding, this customer had an employee call a local competitor to come into their locations and wanted to find out what was their maintenance fees were. They also purchased toner from the other vendor and had this delivered to their officeWe have been supporting them with services for the past yearsWhen I found out about this, I called the companies Office Mgrand she said shedid not know about this at allI was very surprised to hear that Both the office manager and the employee in the front office did not know about thisI confirmed with employeesAll of our maintenance billings are billed up front to protect our companyThe first invoices for this company was paid late between 60-days.
