We've been guests/owners for years Every unit's private balcony is angled to the NW to give a unique, sweeping view of the gulf and beaches (other condos front straight west which offers a more limited view) The facilities are much improved from several years ago Kitchen includes full refrigerator, 4-burner stove with oven, and MW oven Each year features new updates Located close to many activities (I especially recommend Fort Desoto State Park) Quiet area, but still a lot of night life options The cleaning staff is friendly and accommodating I believe people unhappy with PBC are expecting resort amenitiesMost condos along the beaches go for $150-$300+ per day, as opposed to $at PBC (plus savings on applicable taxes) I prefer to spend less money for a nice place that serves me well as a "base camp" to enjoy all the area has to offer
