Had to have my car towed from my house. First off, the company could not get my car into neutral, so the man decided to drag my car on to the bed of the truck in park. Secondly, the guy told me to keep the keys on top of the car after putting windows up before getting it on to tow truck. The driver took me to the dealership along with my car, and before we left I asked him if he had the keys, to which he responded with they are in the car.

Get to the dealership, get my rental, and the tow truck driver comes up to me and says that they need the keys and I was the last to have them. I do not have a spare set of keys, and the dealership charged me nearly $400 for them to make two for me (15’ Lincoln MKZ). I called to have the company help pay for these charges, and they completely placed the blame on me instead of owning up to their own faults, and were willing to pay $60. I was willing to split the charges in half, but after their awful customer service, and no wrongdoing on my end, I believe it should be paid in full. I am appalled and completely disgusted with their customer service, meanwhile it took them a whole week to finally respond back to me after I had contacted them every single day as I patiently waited while they gave me excuse after excuse.

Hello, this was settled between ourselves and *** He was refunded $200 and stated he would remove the complaint or mark it as resolved. Thanks.

On November 10th 2019. I had called *** for a service call I had a flat tire. *** sent Canton Towing to my residence to change my flat. the tech that came out did not have properly charged equipment to put my tire on correctly.resulting in my spare being ruined, my studs ruined, my tire fell off while driving. My husband lost his job behind of not being able to get to work, I have front end damage to my vehicle. I have had to replace studs, lug nuts, and rim so far. My quarter panel is damaged and who knows what all under damage there may be. My husband called canton towing to complain he spoke to a guy named *** he is one of the managers. He told my husband that he would make things right. We never heard from him or anyone else about that matter.

In case # *** we reach out to ***r on 11-11-19 with no answer, I left her a voice message. Later that day *** husband called me back. After speaking with him, I was under the impression that the *** was not wanting anything from us for the broken stud. I explain to him that I would do anything to make this right. He explained to me that he only wanted to share his story and make sure my guy had extra training and proper equipment. I explain to him if there is anything I can do please let me know and I give him my cell phone. A few day later he called *** back to have us puts his new rim and tire on. Weinstalled his spare not knowing he didn’t have any of the required repairs done. What I prove is 15 days later the lugs and studs broke off due to them not being repaired the first time. He had *** tow it back to his shop for repair. After *** and the Revdex.com reached out to us. I reached back out to the *** and a few days of waiting on them to tell me how to make this right. ***each out to me on 12-13-19 and we agreed to pay $171.99 for the damage to her car. I took her a check on 12-13-19 at 12:30pm.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
You have my deepest condolence on your lost however no one (Assistant Director (as you pointed out)) was never in contact with me! (the number was on the complaint that I responded to quicker). You pointed out that she was an contractor on 10/27/17 via Messenger ([redacted]) after the fact. My point is as follow1. I booked the appointment with your establishment paid the $50 deposit that was required to secure the appointment ( which was which I believe was with your team lead $20 consultation which by your rules was to be applied if I chose to have the service done and additional amount of $30 to secure the appointment which came to $50) At the time of the consultation she informed me that she only does crochets braids(did not like her work after viewing pictures and also know someone who charges lesser but do a better job) I wanted tree braids that's when I was introduced to your former employee( was an contractor) Cassandra they both ask the price of how much the salon charge which was $175 for crochet braids and $210 on up for tree braids..the appointment was booked I paid your receptionist the money my receipts states your establishment (not credit card but cash) Which brings me to another point I like to make if I paid my money to your establishment not to Cassandra it is not my place to go after her its your establishment that I should seek it is your place to go after her! Service was rendered(the balance of $160 was paid on that day) on the 10/14/17 which was a Saturday ...Monday at work a portion fell out and almost daily section was coming out it was more than shedding as you saw from the pictures that I provided were I just went on and took it out that weekend. Another point I like to make is that is if you are dismissing the fact that you have liability in this why did you and your establishment first contact me to make sure I was coming and contacted me about to rectify this situation (voicemail and messages are with the Revdex.com) I don't feel you are sincere seeing how this has been going back and forth for now almost 2 months and I don't buy that and the posting that you sent states if their is a problem with services with a contractor is to contact the salon not the license bureau (another point)! I feel the only reason you are getting in contact with me is because I notified action19 which I believe you know that you are liable and you don't want the bad publicity! If a person pays cash the person should get a receipts from the person who did the services not the establishment where the services was done! that's my opinion which would reduce your liabilityIn order to resolve this complaint I would like my money of $309 which is for the $210 I paid and the $99 for the lost hair! Contractor or Employee she represented to me as if she was an employee of your establishment and you should or your staff should tell someone that they are a contractor and the consequences that they may incur!
