The owner of Canton Wildlife Removal removed a bat from our houseHe said the charge would cover the removal of the bat, an inspection of the attic to rule out the bat colony, and an installation of a one-way valve under the roof to prevent the bat from going back inside the atticI paid him the whole amount, but he only removed the bat and never returned to inspect the attic or install the valve
He stopped answering the phone after he cashed the check; I left him several messages but he never returned the call
I hope Revdex.com can help me get partial reimbursement and also make his business trustworthy
I am the owner of canton wildlife. My name is Christian. This review was posted because the owner misunderstood what I tried to explain to them. It is the same on every single live bat call we receive. I charge 295$ to remove a live bat then I do an inspection, and an estimate to remove bats if they are there. I told them the excavt same thing 295$ I will get the bat flying around their living room, and then an inspection and an estimate for bat removal of the colony if there is one. To remove a bat colony and install a one way valve there is so much Involved. You need to seal up every possible opening, cracks, gap, chimney top, louver vents, ridge vents, seal under trim boards if the gaps big enough and any possible rotted material that could access the living area then find the main access area and install a one way door at that spot. Thwn go back about a week later to remove the doors. They actually thought I was gonna remove one live bat by hand then go around the entire home and do a complete inspection, and without an estimate do a complete bat removal for 295$. Does that sound right to you? Posts like this can hurt a ppls company. I work very hard and I look at things like this and it' is so frustrating and sad. all because of a misunderstanding..
