Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The toilet [redacted] was to install was not completedThe doors he hung did not have handles installed on themAnd additionallyNO PERMITS a licensed contractor who does work in the city of Midland, Tx for electrical and plumbing were not pulledI've been out of pocket in fines to the city of Midlandto have A/C unit cleaned that was 85% clogged with green/sheet rock dust bc [redacted] did not seal off the bathroom nor the A/C returnI have records where I called [redacted] and only missed one of his, on Monday prior to meeting him at my house that evening due to an emergency at my sons schoolI texted [redacted] my list of items that my insurance company refused to sign off on Monday and extended his times frame to have the work completed by FridayAdditionally during our walk through Tuesday morning when we went over the list, he was paid because he gave me his word that he is a professional and he would have the list completed [redacted] going through my ex husband, speaking to him and not me to decide what needed to be completed from my hit list (including not installing the toilet) is unprofessional, in breech of contract serviceNot to mention the fines for no permits and faulty installed vent lines, electrical lines I had to have redoneCalling my ex husband who's not acting as my authorized agent is egregiousTheft of contracted is a crime and treble penalty applies [redacted] walked out before the job was finished Regards, [redacted] ***

I was hired by *** *** to restore bathroomCustomer wanted to do some of work themselvesCustomer picked out all material to be usedI would lay out all materials to show how it would lookCustomer was satisifed I let customer know I would be back Monday to install sink Customer
was satisified with all jobs doneCustomer paid meCame back Monday customer would not let me in Would not take my calls or answer messagesTusday meet with customer till would not let me in Customer ask for a few thing's to be done Wednesday I was allowed in some customer had remove tile from wall and removed doors and removed lights all things customer was satisifed with Custmer had replaced tile with used tileDid not live up with tile I had installed.
I had to removed tile I had installs that custmer had oked beforeI replace tile I had removedCustmer side she would complete what she had removedI had to reinstall door's custmer had removed and lightI did all things custmer ask for.
I have character referances on her that I didn't know about until I finished the jobHer exhusband appoliged for getting me involved

I've been out of pocket 971 in fines to the city of Midland. 855 to have A/C unit cleaned that was 85% clogged with green/sheet rock dust bc [redacted] did not seal off the bathroom nor the A/C return. I have records where I called [redacted] and only missed one of his, on Monday prior to meeting him at my house that evening due to an emergency at my sons school.
