Undelivered package, no tracing, no refund, no apology, rude response.
My experience with canvape has been horrible. I am out $120 and have been waiting for three weeks for a package.
Canvape refuses to give me a refund until the Canada Post investigation has been finished, and there is no time frame given as to when that will be.
Here is the responses I have received from them about this matter, in their entirety -
"the investigation was just started jan 31 and it takes time for canada post to do an investigation. we will have to wait for canada post to finish the investigation but if they do deem the package lost we will resend the order if you still want the order."
I was informed by Canada Post that it takes under one week to finish an investigation. So one week later I emailed canvape again, demanding a refund or that I would be writing reviews and received this response -
"Hello

As you have been told that there is a on going investigation with Canada Post into your package .. Once that is completed then we can deal with a Reship or refund at that time not before hand .. Threatening To do review on the internet is against the law to get your own way .. When Canada Post is done you will be informed of the out come of there investigation.. Until then nothing can be done as it states in our policy's that you agreed to when you made the purchases.

Not once is there an apology for this stressful and ridiculous situation.
I really hope that canvape chooses to use a more reliable shipping service in the future, or maybe triple check the address and return to sender address so these issues don't happen to anyone else, and that they can communicate with their customers with more grace and humility (an apology would be nice! hellllo?). I also hope that canvape chooses to reimburse their customers when there are clearly issues with the mail, instead of holding on to people's money for products that the customers are not receiving.
I will never shop canvape again.

Pre-ordered items, a [redacted] and an [redacted] for the aforementionedSearched for the [redacted] using the websites search option, clicked the product link and added to my cartSaw that the [redacted] was also available for pre-order, since it was listed below the product description as a related product, so clicked that link and added to the cart, placed the order and paid for the products via Interac etransfer through my bankA few weeks later I asked if there was an ETA, since I was seeing them in local shopsThey shrugged it offAlmost a month after ordering, I requested a refund, because I could get what I'd ordered locallyThe response was, and I'm literally quoting this, "Refund/Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order within hours of placing the order for a full refundAfter hours there will be no refund or cancellations allowed." Nowhere is this listed on the product pages, nor is it listed at checkoutThe only place it is listed, is on a page they have setup to list

oN SEPT I Purchased a [redacted] from CanVape of course expected it to be authentic It broke three days ago Just the button not from being dropped I emailed Canvape and they said (even thou should still be covered by warranty that since it was a clearance item that the warranty does not apply?!?!?! Since when? Anyway, the main part of this complaint is that the Smok item IS counterfeitSo CanVape is selling conterfeit Smok items then not honoring the warrantyI would not care if they were selling conterfeit items of knockoffs if they would just honour the warranty

I ordered a *** mod two weeks ago from CanvapeShortly after receiving it, we noticed that the latch on the battery compartment was not staying closedWe contacted CanVape, they asked us to send it back on our own dime for them to look at, with the disclaimer that if they found that it was something we had done to it they wouldn't do anything and we would have to pay for return to us as wellWe paid to send it back, confident in the fact that this was not a user caused issue, as it came straight out of the box defectiveThey received it, claimed to have fixed it and then sent it backI received it back today, opened the box, put batteries in it and the problem with the latch was persistingIt was exactly the same as when I sent it to them, there was absolutely nothing done to fix the unitI took two videos which clearly showed the unit not functioning properly and emailed them with my concernsThey told me that they had fixed it and there was nothing further they could doI had also posted the video on their *** page showing the clear defectIt was promptly deleted so no other customers could see their clear fault in the matter and poor customer service, and I was blocked from their pageI am now left with a unit that cost me over $(including the charge to ship it back to them to "fix") that does not work and now im being completely ignored by the company after having seen for themselves through the video that the unit is in fact defectiveAbsolutely deplorable business practices and customer service

Have ordered from Canvape a number of times over the past couple of years and each time I was extremely satisfied with my purchase Your order arrives immediately (2-days) and has been 100% accurate Prices are great, products are great and they have wonderful customer service I have never experienced any problems period and have probably purchased over $1,in product over the past few years I highly recommend this business
