Good Morning Melissa, My name is Hali and we spoke briefly on Friday in regards to the case aboveIn the letter we received, a client by the name of Lorhan ***, claimed to be unhappy with the services she received from us and that she reached out multiple times in multiple ways and never
received a responseLorhan came in and saw us on January 30th requesting a base color and for her extensions, that she purchased on her own, to be colored as well; when she came in she had a full consultation and the stylist she saw happens to be our education director and stylist managerLindsay, the stylist Lorhan saw, has taken many classes and courses on color theory, formulations, placement, ectShe did the same formulation on Lorhan's hair that she did on her extensions that she claimed to be real human hairAt the end of her appointment Lindsay had a conversation with Lorhan about how the extensions were not taking the color and the color was having a hard time saturating, Lindsay tried a different technique to get the color to stick better on the extensions and before Lorhan left Lindsay asked her to see how the color fades on her extensions after washing them a few times and if she is unhappy with them or has any other concerns then to reach out and we will be more than happy to get her back inI have attached screen shots of the only communication we have had with Lorhan since then, I am the Salon Manager here and the only communication I have had with her was when she emailed her resume for a receptionist position in February of last yearThere have been no phone conversations with myself or my reception team, if she contacted the salon we would have been more than happy to get her back in here to help her out however we couldThe only form of communication from Lorhan being unhappy was through a private message on Instagram to Lindsay directly, Lindsay asked her to call the salon to make an appointment for a consultation and we never heard from herI have attached all the forms of communication we have had with Lorhan, I hope this information helps and feel free to reach out to me with any further questions!
