ordered due to the customers finger being so smallActually, the size is When the ring was ordered it was the holiday season so it did take about weeksNonetheless, the customer was aware of thisAfter the customer picked up the rings, she returned the band and said that two diamond fell outWe took the ring and fixed itWe send these rings out to be repairedWhen they sent it back without us realizing it, they had soldered the ring because it looked like it was damaged when repairedThe jeweler did not notice this until he was giving the customer her ringHe immediately told her he would order her another ringThe delicacy of the ring would not allow us to fix it in storeThe customer wanted a refund, she did not want another ringThe jeweler did refund her monies for just the bandThe customer not the complaintant paid $for both rings and with tax it was $We did send both rings for appraisal to a certified GIA gemologist and the rings both of them appraised for more than what she paid for which was $We do not have a problem dealing with the customer [redacted] if she would like to come to the store to discuss her options she is welcomeHowever, the person making the complaint was with the customer was ignorant and disrespectfulWe have been in business for over years at this location and have never had an issueWe would like to deal with the customer onlyI will send you the appraisal if neededWe have no problem ordering her a new ringSo at her request, we refunded the money back to her accountIf you have any further questions, feel free to call us at [redacted]8.? ?
