My name is [redacted] and I work for Canyon Auto SpaI was working the day the woman who filed the complaint came inShe did not inform me that she was under a time restraintThere may have been only two cars in front of her when she pulled in however we have cars that line up in front of the hand wash tunnel as wellI did not know she was under any duress until [redacted] (the elderly gentleman) told me she started to panic that she could not find her carHe also told me that she started getting upset that it was taking to longI looked up her ticket on our computer and she had only been here for minutesHe said she promptly walked up to the car as it was exiting the tunnel and demanded to take her car without it being finishedLater that afternoon she called and I spoke to herI apologized that it took longer then expected tried to explain that there was more cars then the two she saw and if she could of just come and spoke to me for one second I could of gave her a voucher to come backI asked if she could come back that day or the next and she said noI said Im sorry and I don't know what you want me to doShe just demanded the name and phone number to the ownerI gave her the email to the owner and his nameShe was very hostile, rude and unwilling to cooperateI have always given vouchers if someone is dissatisfiedWe have a lot of people who are not so honest and so if there is a problem with the car we need to see it that day or the next so to avoid anything that might alter the carI am very sorry she is dissatisfied with our service and we were more then willing to work with herShe did not seem to want to have me help her.? He said she promptly walked up to the car as it was exiting the tunnel and demanded to take her car without it being finished. Later that afternoon she called and I spoke to her. I apologized that it took longer then expected tried to explain that there was more cars then the two she saw and if she could of just come and spoke to me for one second I could of gave her a voucher to come back. She did not know when I left, she did not know there was even a problem. She is in her thirties or younger. She does not know what she is doing. She thinks the business is always right. Not the customer; because she is young and ignorant. I am not allowed to speak with the owner. why not?  Her attitude is condescending. All this over me asking for a free car wash. This place is a joke. I am not going there any more. I will continue to post on the media. When I pass by I see that they are getting less and less business.
