Canyon Club Apartments

This apartment complex is just terribleFrom the day I moved in, I have experienced nothing but angerFrom the moment I opened the door when I got my keys I found paint all over the floor, the light in my closet was hanging down about feet and the sliders in my closet were filthy, the base boards underneath the cabinets were not glued on and therefore fell off right away, and the flooring didn't reach the wallThe next day I went out to check my mail and I couldn't open my mail box, which took them a week to fixThen, I noticed I could not lock my storage because the key they had given me did not work with that storage shed
In the first couple of weeks, the neighbors below us used marijuana and it stunk up our houseA few months pass by and my husband and I wake up to find that our only car had been broken into through the trunkResulting in us loosing over $worth of property, including military uniformsAs I go around asking neighbors to see if they saw/ heard anything, I come to find that our alarm had in fact gone offWhere was our "courtesy patrol" at that time?
Throughout my whole experience of living here I have heard of almost people who have had there car broken into and the office refuses to do anything about itMultiple people, including myself have complained and they tell us it would be too expensive to place video cameras around the property, BUT they have video cameras everywhere that could possibly affect them (Pool, gym, Jacuzzi)
In the past couple of weeks cars have had paint thrown onto their cars resulting in permanent damage to the carsThe cause of the paint was two teenagers who had found the paint in a maintenance trunk on the property
Currently I am dealing with the office not returning my money for renters insurance that they have wrongly charged me for.I have been trying to get my money back for months
Also, my mailbox has been broken into this week and the office was told on Monday to fix it and they have still not fixed the issue four days later

The next day I went out to check my mail and I couldn't open my mail box, which took them a week to fix.
