I booked rooms on behalf of couples in AugIn late Decor early Jan2016, I called the Canyon Country Inn to cancel the roomsThe girl at the desk said she would take care of the cancellationI had booked through [redacted] and was not told when I called the Canyon Country Inn that cancellations needed to go through that agencyThe date for our reservation was March 23,I was giving the Inn 1/months to re-book those roomsOn March 24, 2016, I was charged the full amount for the rooms ($303.80) for no showI have contacted both the owner, MrPatel and [redacted] to dispute the cancellation charge, but was told there was going to be no reversal of chargesBasically MrP [redacted] is calling me a liar, as he did not hear from me to cancel the reservationI believe he is being unreasonable and that his employee was negligent in not informing me of my obligation to contact [redacted] My credit card company will pursue trying to get a refund on my behalf
