I have and did accept my responsibility on the issue with the flue pipeI never stated that we replaced/added a plenum to the entrance of the furnace as there was one already in place and there was absolutely no reason to have it replacedI do not feel it is fair to reimburse her for items she was sold on as per their sole purpose of creating a larger ticket saleBut, that's how they do businessI personally, am an honest and passionate business owner with the best intentionsI value my customers and my company nameI do not wish to continue to defend myself any longerI would appreciate a copy of her paid INVOICES (not estimates) to [redacted] to be EMAILED (not faxed) to me so that I have her reimbursed as soon as possible.I wish them well with their choice of new company to deal with Thank you,Brian

There are a few things I would like to say in my defense… 1) Calls were answered by scheduling to come out as soon as time allowed, at no
charge.2) I don’t agree with what customer was told in reference to her being at risk of carbon monoxide poisoningHer and her family was never at risk3) The flimsy straps were the same straps holding the old furnace and in which is how the majority of units in the Valley are hung.4) The furnace was not installed incorrectly, the only issue was that I hooked it up to the existing flue pipe with aluminum pipe, I agree I should have used PVC.5) On the furnace being hung to low, her spouse (a friend) saw the area we were working with and agreed with me as to not having sufficient room to have the furnace lifted up any higher without compromising the rafters in the attic.6) The drain pan was replaced and it was at the correct pitch.7) An Air Plenum was already at the entrance of UnitThere was no need to add/replace itWe scheduled the customer on Dec29, as to where I would have a day solely for the job (as I wanted to pull that down and start over)I did not want any distractions or feelings of being rushed to get to other callsThe day after we scheduled the appt the customer called to cancelAgain, I agree with the installation of the PVC but other than that, there was not over $worth of work that needed to be doneWe would like a copy of the customers paid Invoice to Parker & Sons and we will gladly reimburse herI will call the customer when this communication through Revdex.com is completed to arrange the reimbursement.Thank you,Brian V***

I want to be reimbursed in full for all the gas furnace related repairs. [redacted] completed the repairs, invoice's totaling $2245.10  Please Note: 1 invoice for the gas furnace repair is in paper form ( I can fax over if needed?) I also want to be reimbursed in full for all drywall damage repairs that were a result of the improper install of the gas furnace. Attached is the [redacted] estimate totaling $620.00.   In response to Brian's comments: 1. Multiple visits resulted in no resolution. The unit continued to leak. 2. The [redacted] manual specifically identifies critical installation requirements addressing gas exhaust as to prevent risks.  3. Brian used flimsy steel straps to hold the [redacted] 95% 2 stage gas furnace which is a much bigger & heavier unit than what is typically used in Arizona. The majority of households in AZ use 80% units which we found out in Dec 2015 from [redacted] & [redacted] 4. If Brian knew he should have used PVC pipe for the flue why did he choose to use galvanized steel/ flex pipe instead? Multiple service calls had no results to correct the issues? 5. Brian states he consulted my husband on how high he could hang the furnace in our attic. We relied on Brian/Vineyard to be the ROC professional and to guide us as to the proper and safe install of this unit. 6. The drain pan was defective, improperly installed and leaking. It had to be replaced by [redacted] on 12-29-15 for additional $420.00 (Please Note: I have this invoice in paper form) 7. No return plenum was installed at the entrance of the gas furnace as Brian states he did. I have pictures documenting original installation. I am requesting full reimbursement for all my repairs totaling $2,865.10  ($2245.10 for the gas furnace repairs/ $620.00 Drywall Repairs caused by water damage) Brian can send me my reimbursement via certified mail to my home address. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. Best regards, [redacted]

I have and did accept my responsibility on the issue with the flue pipe. I do not feel it is fair to reimburse her for items she was sold on as per their sole purpose of creating a larger ticket sale. But, that's how they do business. I personally, am an honest and passionate business owner with the best intentions. I value my customers and my company name. I do not wish to continue to defend myself any longer. I would appreciate a copy of her paid INVOICES (not estimates) to [redacted] to be EMAILED (not faxed) to me so that I have her reimbursed as soon as possible.I wish them well with their choice of new company to deal with.  Thank you,Brian
