I live in florida and my daughter lives in Texas, she is caring for her elderly father so I help with all the necessities involving the home. I found this company for trash pick up less than a year ago, it is not a professional run business. At times, our trash is not even picked up, it is hard to get in touch with anyone there. Our trash should have been picked up yesterday, still has not as of today. I've called and emailed numerous times, to no avail. I would just like to warn any future potential customers or their very unprofessionalism. I just paid for another 3 months which I would very much like refunded. I have emailed them this, and again I have received no response and there is no way to leave a message on their phone either. they may not even be in business for all I know. The address is not valid. I'm just very annoyed and frustrated with this company.

I am rejecting this response because: I did not have a "gentile" set my trash out on a Saturday. I am highly offended by that comment and I am not even Jewish. I am a Christian that believes in the true 7th Day Sabbath. I would never allow anyone within my gates to work on the Sabbath as the commandment dictates and this includes having my trash picked up. They did know my husband passed as I explained this to them the first time I called. I am disabled and can't keep taking the trash up and down my long driveway when they are unable to fulfill their services. They specifically told me they would not refund me any amount of money because it is against their policy. Now they want to return $18. They can just keep their money. I have long washed my hands of them.
