Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below If the aftermarket part you are talking about are the rock skins then I will gladly take them off and show you once again that this is not what caused the gapThe sliders are installed on the body mounts The rocks skins in no way inhibit the fit but like I said I will gladly remove the skins and reinstall the sliders to show you the gap still exist Not to mention that before I purchase your sliders I asked the vendor if the slider would fit with the rock skins The vendor then called ADD who confirmed that it would fit without a problem Once again I believe the problem is either in your design or advertising These do not fit as advertised and I should be out of pocket $to return a product that is not what is promised After calling your company on multiple occasions and even speaking with your engineer I was advised that how they sit on my Jeep is how they were designed to fit This is when I started the return process (as this is not what was advertised on both your site and the vendors site) only to find out that I am going to be stuck with a 25% restocking fee plus shipping which my [redacted] guy says is going to be around $ This is unacceptable and not good business practice In the end you are asking me to spend $to return a product that does not fit as advertised.Please adviseRegards, [redacted]

We are very sorry to hear about your experienceThe dealer/vendor did reach out to us We explained to the dealer that you purchased your product from, that our product was to be installed directly to the factory body mounts and rest against the pinch welds unobstructed The dealer
had installed other aftermarket product prior that inhibited our product to rest properly and created the gap you referred to We have directly called the management of the dealer several times with no response Product is tested before leaving our facility to insure it meets strict product specifications and measurements We appreciate your purchase and hope to help you better in the future

At the time of this quote Mr [redacted] accepted the freight fees and approved the order to be shipped and paid in full. It was after the order shipped Mr. [redacted] emailed us to inform he has found a less expensive freight option. We cannot refund the money after the order has shipped to Saudi Arabia, we stand behind our products and we work with freight companies to service customers over seas. In the future if Mr. [redacted] wishes to handle freight on his own that is always an option. However in this scenario Mr [redacted] accepted the freight fees and approved the order.

Dear Sir / Ma’am,Firstly, I’d like to thank Revdex.com for the prompt action taken with regards to my complaint.I’m terribly disappointed with the merchant’s response. I find the claims made by the merchant both inaccurate and misleading. The merchant quoted me for shipping, that part is true. However, I have not agreed to any of the shipping quotes provided, hence I haven’t paid for shipping in the “full payment”. The payment was made for the goods only. If the merchant claims otherwise, I sincerely demand that they submit any proof, either in written format or an audio recording of a phone conversation that corroborates their claims. I’m willing to forward all the email exchange that took place between me and the merchant if necessary to prove my case. In in addition to forcefully deducting the shipping fees from a requested refund without my consent and shipping the goods while I was away on a business trip, the merchant shipped the goods without sending over the original airway bill and certificate of origin, both of which are necessary to clear the shipment. In this case, this led to paying excessive storage fees until I was able to clear the shipment after having it inspected manually. Finally, I’d like to thank Revdex.com for their effort in trying to resolve this issue. I’m completely certain that Revdex.com will mediate this issue fairly and promptly. Thank you,[redacted]
