working our booth at Tucson Pride.The conversation at Rainbows Festival between [redacted] and [redacted] was that we have booths available at our Phoenix and Tucson Pride Guide'" Wedding Expos at that time. We do not guarantee booth space until we have received an exhibitor agreement and payment. We also did not promise if she purchased Tucson she would get Phoenix but she would have the opportunity to showcase in both at that time of conversation. It Works Global has a policy that only one of their distributors can be at an expo. [redacted] was sent both Tucson & Phoenix Exhibitor Agreements on November 5th, 2014 She only sent back the Tucson Exhibitor Agreement on 11/25/14 and had over three months to send back the Phoenix Exhibitor packet until we sold a booth space to another It Works distributor in mid February 2015. We would be more than happy to have her <1t our Expo along with other It Works distributors at the Phoenix EXpo but because of her company It Works Global policy that only one It Works distributor at an expo. Again that is not our policy and that [redacted] should be taking this complaint to her corporate office. On the [redacted] request for a refund for the Tucson Expo. She did receive thebooth space she paid for, she attended the event and even posted on [redacted] that she Wo;lS there having a great time. In our exhibitor agreement it states clearly there are no refunds, nor cancellations. When [redacted] made the request for a refund it was also included that if not received her attorney would be involved. If she had asked without the threat of an attorney being involved it might have been easier to try to work something out.
