Absolutely terrible internet serviceI used to own their biggest package when it was 100meg download and upload but was grandfathered in to their meg down and upHow does a company improve download speeds and leave upload speeds alone? And then decrease the current meg downloads package to have only meg upload? The biggest complaint I have is the inconsistent connection I have when streaming or gamingI game or stream from 8pm-8am if I am on because I work 3rd shiftThese are NOT peak hoursWhy do I get such inconsistent service? Why does my net randomly drop? For the first year I had the techs out once a month to check connections, lines, you name itThey couldn't find anything wrongSo I spent $on my own router, still no differenceEveryone I know in the area that games or streams has an issue with the net service and the techs are pretty much useless if they cant ever find an issue"The areas fastest internet".....that's pretty easy to say when you are the ONLY internet service provider in the areaI pray to god every day that ComCast extends its service to my house so I can be done with this garbage internet serviceAnd whats with the new rating of a B? My complaint involves fraudulent business practicesNew Wave is double billing me and charging me a late fee that I never incurredI have never been late on any payments and they are claiming that I owe them twice what I owe and a late charge even though there was never a late payment or failure to pay everthen when I contacted the company to correct their mistake and asked for a supervisor when the agent couldn't find a late payment or missed payment but continued to argue with me about my account, I was told if I didn't want my services I had to travel to the westville office and give them the equipment or I would continue to be charged and then I was hung up on
