Canyon Kitchen Cabinets

Four years ago I hired this company to renovate my bathroom. they ordered the wrong materials, installed the tile incorrectly and took double the time quoted. the workers cut my granite counter outside on saw horses with no protection between the granite and the saw horses, which resulted in scraps on the countertop. I complained several times about the problems which there are too many to totally describe here. Them to top it off the owner came over to look at things and hung my towel bars uneven! all I wanted was to be rid of them!! but now, when I wanted to have my bathroom repainted, the painter found soft patches on the outside of the shower wall. opening the wall we found leaks and BLACK MOLD! the shower pan had been improperly installed and now we have to have the wall and floor of the shower torn out and replaced! The tile is 4 years old so chances are we won't be able to match it so we are looking at a whole new remodel! BEWARE, it takes more time to realize a leak than their warrantee covers. They are a bad choice!

I caleld CKC after seeing an ad. They came out and measured my kitchen cabinets for new countertops and gave me an estimate. They told me the next step would be to pick out my granite (as close to 60 as possible but 51 was all that was necessary). I picked out a piece of 56 granite and was told that once I contacted them that granite was picked out they would send someone to do a template of my counters (third measurment). When they did not contact me, I contacted them - I was told that the 56 piece I had picked out was NOW no longer big enough an additional piece of granite to the tune of $400 would need to be purchased and ADDED to my original bid (BAIT AND SWITCH). STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE AND THEN CAHNGE THEIR BID. BAIT AND SWITCH IS AGAINST THE LAW. Thank you

I had Canyon Kitchen install a total new set of cabinets in 2009 as well as granite counter tops.

I was very pleased with the result.

Now in 2013 I had [redacted] return for minor issues that needed repair, and he replaced and repaired the problem

to my complete satisfaction.

I would like to submit about the poor workmanship and lack of concern to rectify the problems. I had work done by this company and the more they did the worse it ended. Tile work was sub-standard and it got to a point that I had to do some of the work myself to ensure it was done right. When I called the office to complain I was greeted with snotty attitude from office staff. When a job gets so far you just let it go . It's easier!! Tile setters were sloppy inside and out. Most days didn't clean up . You get what you pay for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
