In response to the complaint filed by Ms [redacted] Her story is absolutely not true First of all, we don't give legal advice We are not attorneys and tell all of our clients repeatedly that we are not attorneys and cannot give any legal advice We do give information that has been published to assist them through the court process Ms [redacted] requested specific work and I typed up her documents as requested She picked them up - then decided that she wanted something different She called and yelled and threw a fit wanting me to do the work for free I did agree to type up the new documents at no extra charge We called to let her know that the documents were done She never came into the office and never returned our calls She did send me a personal message on facebook A couple people that know her and knew that she came in here told staff that she was complaining about us and also told us to not take it personally because Ms [redacted] "loves drama" and would rather create a scene than find a resolution We tried to work with Ms [redacted] and would still do so if she could keep it professional without name-calling, yelling and being rude

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I NEVER picked up ANY documents from Citizens Legal, I was told that they were not completedOnce they were completed I was emailed one page only for reviewThe information was simply incorrectThe dates, and names, the whole statement made in the only page I got for review inaccurately represented the facts were that needed to be presented factuallySince I could not file this document in court due to the mistakes, AND it was already nearly a week after the date the documents were promised to me I simply shut it downI NEVER asked for anyone to redo the documents, NEVER changed my mindIt was lateIt was wrong, and I just want my money back
I never called and said anything rude, or yelledI only asked to speak to the person handling my documents, I was told she was not thereEnd of conversation
I was promised, and paid in advance $for usable documents by a certain date and did not receive themAt a later date I was offered unusable documents & could not accept themYou cannot take someone's money and give them nothing in returnThere isn't anything to argue or get nasty aboutI just want my money back.Sincerely,*** ***

It appears Ms*** remembers the facts differently from our documentation and what the work calendar shows. We will not provide a refund as work was done. We will provide an in-house credit of $in an effort to satisfy Ms***. She may use this credit for other documentation including a Will, Power of Attorney or any other forms that we carry
