*** C*** has been our client since march of He over that time has had policies with our agencyMost recent was written in NovemberBoth Auto and Home
After the customer obtained his Home policy Oct26th 2016, his Mortgage company paid Mercury Insurance times by mistake
Mercury refunded the monies to Mr*** immediately when discoveredMr*** called this Insurance Fraud, Thievery, Unethical and threatened legal action against usHe cashed the refund check and mellowed outOn our side, we did nothing wrong
January 7, Mr*** had a single car accident in which he totaled a Range RoverHe lost control of said vehicle went thru a block wall and did damage to a private home's AC unitHe told me that somebody cut him offIn the claims report, there was no mention of other partyClaim was handled and paid out to both parties with no issue$
June 28, Mr*** had another single car accident in which he totaled a Range RoverAgain, he lost control of vehicleLuckily nobody else was hurtAgain the claim was handled and paid out with no issues$ 123,
After the last accident Mr*** removed the vehicle from the policy, then added it back on, then removed again when it was declared a total lossThen he and his husband purchased a new VolvoMr*** was expecting a check but with the changes on the policy done within a month, the monetary amount kept changingFinally of 7-28-things were settled on the changes and customer was to have a refund check issuedOn 8-we received the email below:

This is Mr***We again did nothing wrongOn Friday the 12th they received the refund checkIt was Mr*** believed it to be more like Again with all the changes made, we explained it is what it isI also told Mr***'s spouse that I would order a breakdown of the finances of the policy and that may take up to weeksHe was fine with this

After we received this email I contacted Mr***'s husband and told him I am sorry, but we chose not to service his policy anymore and either find a new Mercury Agent or find a new agentFYI...Mr*** did add his new car to the policy, and again why the refund check was different
On a few occasions Mr*** apologized for Mr***'s behavior and lack of humanity
Mr*** admitted to the claims adjuster on the 2nd claim and it is documented, Mr*** had seizures while driving and this is why he crashedSadly we can not report this to the DMV
Attached you will find pdf filesOne is from ***'s emails with Mr*** and the other is Mine with his husbands Mr***When you read thru the 1st ten pages of my file, Mr*** apologizes and thanks me for my service and say's that in his opinion we have always been great agents
Summation....Mr*** is a completely not nice man and hurtful with his wordsHe is also a liar with factsI am happy we keep good documents and emailsWhen we said we do not wish to be his agent anymore is when he lost itThe past month his dealing are draining, yet we continue to service his policy, but will only reply to Mr*** not Mr***This letter is a waste of my valuable time and energy and brings up the nightmares I have of this man calling our office and when I get an email, the acid in my stomach flares
As of today he has cancelled both of his policies with us and is spreading his kind of sunshine elsewhere
Please look at the lovely review he did for us on YELP.COM*** C is he nameThen look at all the other star reviews and enjoyAnd please look at our Star reviewsI have been an agent for years and never had a client like Mr*** and wish to never againMakes me want to retire
In my opinion Mr*** is a very sick man with mental issues
