Canyon Park Apartments

The living conditions at the commons is horrendous. Multiple issues with the apartment I have asked over and over again to get fixed and hasn’t. There is a drainage issue in the kitchen that causes it to flood into the carpet. So we can’t wash dishes. My bathroom floor is absolutely disgusting. There is mold on my ceiling and they fixed the issue by painting over it. Maintenance Is lazy and doesn’t do there jobs correctly. There are fire hazards in the apartment as well as none working smoke detectors. The apartment wasn’t cleaned or inspected before they let me move in. I slept on a old mattress that gave me back issues. I don’t feel safe where I live. Due to the fact within the first month of living here someone was shot dead in this apartment complex and the following month there was a shooting here as well.
