Review: A fountain was purchased at Canyon Pottery, the fountain was to be delivered and set up. The fountain was delivered however the contracted person that Canyon Pottery used did not properly set up the fountain. Canyon Pottery was to have a person help with the pump and installation. There were numerous calls made by me to resolve the issue, I was informed when I went to the business in person that they would be out to complete the service. I waited many hours leaving work to be home and there was no phone call and no one showed up. I called and was told couldn't make it it was his sons birthday. He would definitely be there next day. Again I took off from work to be there and no call and no one showed. I contacted their help line 24/7 and customer service and received an email which later found out is [redacted] the owner and said he would speak with [redacted] the manager. Nothing was done, [redacted] did not call and finally when I called he hung up on me. They did send out one man to help but it cannot be done with one person, then 2 came out and neither had the experience or capability to reset up the fountain correctly. I have a fountain that is not stable and not set up correctly. The owner has never returned my calls. I was told by the one employee that they should have had Moses come out to begin with. After all my waiting and wasted time, cost of work hours I should be compensated but just want the fountain set up correctly. This is a terrible unreliable business not recommended to anyone, very rude employees in actions, speech and disrespect.Desired Settlement: may need an exchange of the fountain if it can't be set up properly,. just want it set up stable and working properly.

A customer purchased a fountain and we tried for 7 months to have the customer pick up or have it delivered. We only use a third party professional fountain services company from a northern city to set up our fountains. The customer refused to use them as she wanted it set up on a specific day of her choice. That day did not fit within the schedule of the fountain company. We explained we do not recommend this but we might have a delivery service set up the fountain on the day the customer preferred. We explained they don't do this service but perhaps they will do you a favor. They are non-professional and they will do their best. She agreed against our best advice. The third party delivery service set up the fountain. She stopped payment on their check. We went to the customers house three times but she was still not happy. We called the fountain service company to set the water flow for the customers fountain at our expense. We really regret the customer experienced difficulties.
