her choice. That day did not fit within the schedule of the fountain company. We explained we do not recommend this but we might have a delivery service set up the fountain on the day the customer preferred. We explained they don't do this service but perhaps they will do you a favor. They are non-professional and they will do their best. She agreed against our best advice. The third party delivery service set up the fountain. She stopped payment on their check. We went to the customers house three times but she was still not happy. We called the fountain service company to set the water flow for the customers fountain at our expense. We really regret the customer experienced difficulties.
