called with problem with washer and was told over the phone what they thought the problem was and so order the part which took over a weekWhen service person came out the the house they realized that that was not the problem and so had to order different parts and they come back in another weekWhen they came back they realized they did not check all the hoses and found more damaged and had to order more parts and come back in another weekThey then returned and said everything was fixed without running a full cycle on the machine and we found out there was more damage and they returned the next day and replaced another tubeI they ran a full cycle and there was still water coming out of the machine so I checked for myself and found more hoses that were not check on the first, second, third or fourth visit so I called them back and they returned my call with a message on my answering service that said they would not be doing anymore service on this machine so they left me hanging on finding another repair serviceSo in all I will be without working washer for weeks because a service person did not come out when we called the first time and check out what the problem was and handle it all at onceThis by far has been the worst service I have ever hadThey don't answer phones, some of the repair people tend to make you feel bad you are asking for a working machineNOT HAPPY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
