Canyon State Restoration

When Canyon state restoration showed up at my home they assured me that they would take care of all the water damage and have my home looking good as new.Beware the 1st thing they did was to tell me that since I live in a older home it must be tested for asbestos so then after wasting a couple of days for test results (negative) they showed up cut my ceiling out replaced the drywall with a sheet of plastic and duct tape which wound up getting a hole burned through the plastic from the hallway light minutes after they were long gone.They had no intention of doing the rest of the construction work the only work they do is DECONSTRUCTION I also found numerous fraudulent charges on my insurance bill..let me guess they must of accidently charged my insurance ya right !! WILL NEVER USE CANYON STATE RESTORATION AGAIN

OUR FLOOD HAPPENED WHEN NO ONE WAS IN THE HOME AND WE WERE OUT OF THE COUNTRY OUR INSURANCE AGENT SENT CANYON STATE TO THE HOME WE HAD A PHONE CALL FROM THEM STATING WHAT WAS HAPPENING, PICTURES WERE SENT TO US AND I RETURNED TO THE HOME WITHIN A WEEK CANYON STATE PICKED ME UP FROM THE AIRPORT, GAVE ME A CELL PHONE FOR THE WEEK AND INFORMED ME ABOUT EVERY DETAIL THAT HAD TAKEN PLACE IN THE HOME TOTAL POSITIVE EXPERIENCE

Our house was partially flooded due to a plumbing backup, and we called Canyon State, who came promptly to our home and not only did a great job with the cleanup, but also made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Following the cleanup, we hired Canyon State to remodel our affected areas, and it was a great decision! They worked directly with our insurance company, they finished the work on time, and we couldn't be happier with the work they did, including inspections, flooring, painting, detail, and especially total bathroom remodels! CTC Contracting is an, honest, reliable and friendly company to work with. They are truly one of the only honest restoration companies out there anymore. They have excellent service and customer care. Best of all they are willing to come out to each clients home and give an estimate free of charge. They understand that during a fire/water/mold situation, it can be a scary time for a home owner and CTC is their to help comfort the home owners concerns. I wouldn't trust my insurance agents and their clients with any one else, #1 Restoration Company!

CTC showed more than professionalism. I felt like they cared. Our Air Conditioning unit failed, and water flooded our walls and carpet. We were expecting a new baby any day. CTC expedited the service and we were able to get our home cleaned up, including our drywall replaced with new carpet installed before our little son arrived! They made it personal. Thank you for understanding how stressful it is when water restoration is needed. They handled all of the communication with the insurance company. If there is a need, I will call them first. I had crown molding done at my house for my living room, family room, kitchen, and entry way. It was a job several contractors did not want to do because of the 19 ft. ceiling in my living room. CTC was able to come to my house and install the crown molding in less than a week. The result was phenomenal. All of my friends and family were very impressed with the work CTC had done. I would recommend them for crown molding in any home.
