We are sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience, we would like to share that we are an independent technical support company who believes in giving out best to its customers by giving prompt and effective technical help when they face any issues with their devicesWe got from our customer for the first time on 27th of Sept as the system was not responding and was completely frozenWe offered one of our support plans to help come out of the issueAs a part of the plan we installed an extension Ad guard on the browser to ensure unwanted websites are blocked and installed Optimo security software to optimize the system and to ensure the problems doesn’t reoccurOur sales plans and selling mechanism is controlled with utmost vigilance to ensure that our team only sells software and services which are relevant for each customer following fair practices .To ensure that these practices are followed on every call we have a team of trained verifiers who come on the call and take customers satisfaction score after the issue is resolvedIronically, on this call the customer gave us a high score of and gave consent to close the caseWe have this control in place to ensure that we have the last verification in place to ensure that the customer completely understands the money that he is paying and the case is closed only if the issues are resolved .We do acknowledge the fact the fact that the customer feels that he was intimidated to buy our services but that was not the case and we duly checked for customer’s satisfaction before closing the caseAlthough in this case, after resolving all of the customers concerns to their satisfaction we got another call the next day where a refund was requestedAs per our refund policy, we issued a refund to thecustomer right awayFor your reference, we are attaching the copy of the refund receipt a well as the case notes of the work done by our team on the customers computing deviceWe believe in keeping customers at the heart if what we do, thus we will be happy to answer any further questions that might arise
