small package carrier we had a high number of packages damaged causing many hardware packages to be lost during transit. They were notified on Monday 11/that we have run into a shortage of replacement hardware. A rush order was placed so we can get replacement hardware to fill any outstanding orders, and they are in the process of letting all customers know of this delay.
