We sent this company some of our scanning and milling work for our zirconia crowns that were not returned in a timely manner only to find out that they were held up by the FDA because they were outsourced to ChinaWe were never told that they were being sent there, nor told that anything was sent thereWe market ourselves as a made in the USA company and are now forced to redo all work sent to them at a great lossPoor business practice by them and very dishonest!
