I am writing in regards to a complaint I filed against Stones Superior Homes and **Case number ***Reference number ***
Stones have completed a detailed inspection of our trailer and have repaired the areas of concern
They have assured me that any further issues will be resolved promptlyThey were not able to provide me with another unit as the warranty from the company states that any issues would be repaired and not replacedI am satisfied with this outcome
I am asking that my complaint be withdrawn as they have been very easy to work with
Please let me know that this will completed and that a mark will not go against the company

Hello! I am the service manager looking after the Case ID: [redacted], (Ref#[redacted]) for [redacted]. I have attached my...
correspondence with [redacted] since taking over the file on March 24th, 2017. Additionally, I made my suggestions internally for the repairs after a discussion with [redacted] at 4:40 PM on 03-24-2017, which included the finalization of all requested repairs. Unfortunately, the Revdex.com claim was filed prior to me being able to secure approval for the repairs, however I have gone over the [redacted]'s [redacted] in detail.
I have attached all email communication I have had with the [redacted]'s since 03-24-2017 for your review.
As of today, I have sent pictures to the [redacted]'s and have communicated that their Avenger is ready for their review and pick-up.
In performing the repairs, I have missed the claim closing date and I am requesting an extension, based on the performance in resolving the challenges
and concerns of [redacted].
I welcome your reply in support of an extension of the detailed complaint response.
