Cap-it Fort St. John

I had Cap-it in Fort St. John, BC install an ignition interlock device in my car on Feb. 14th and now my subwoofer isn't working properly. They told me they didn't touch the subwoofer wiring but this is false as they tied into the starter and the subwoofer is also tied into the ignition system. Now my subwoofer only works when the ignition is in the on position but turns off as soon as I actually start the car and will not turn on at all while vehicle is running. My voltage is also spiking to over 15.2 volts so somehow they blew my voltage regulator. It took over 8 hours for them to install the device which leads me to believe the mechanics didn't know what they were doing and wired something wrong. As soon as we picked up the vehicle that day, my car was saying "low battery" as well which it never did before. The morning of Feb. 17th my headlights and tail lights started flickering. I'm worried something is seriously wrong. One the workers couldn't even show me how it works because she said she had "liquid lunch" and when my girlfriend asked what that was she said she was drinking alcohol and the two "techs" smelled like booze. They are now refusing to fix my vehicle saying it was wired correctly. If it was wired correctly or they didn't touch my stereo then I wouldn't be having all of these issues. My headlights went out while on the highway driving home from Grande Prairie yesterday! The owner said to me on the phone this morning "they may have had a beer but it was after hours"
It was not after hours as they were still working on my vehicle.
