I have not been notified of any refund or creditI was told that this buisiness does not stand behind their choice of delivery methodWe customers have been here before with the company saying its the delivery service fault and the delivery service whether it is *** or *** or *** saying its the store faultWhen they fail, customer service and perception be damned.I still am waiting for a refund

Dear Mr***, After reviewing all your correspondence; you mention “you were notified by *** that you would receive your package by 10:AM” but still no product by 12:pmYou then spoke with *** who contacted *** and *** told him that package was on the truck for delivery. Then 5:30pm, 7:30pm, and then 8:15pm emails from you stating still no package. We can not do anything with a package in another compaines possession, but we made attempts to contact them on your behalfIn another email you mentioned, “Lobster promised to be delivered by 10:30am” what I’m failing to see is, “a promise of a guaranteed time”? It states on our website, “To ensure that our seafood retains its freshness, we always aim to deliver your order within hours of harvestWhile we make every attempt to get your products to you as fast as possible we cannot guarantee delivery timeTo ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan ahead”. In addition, I didn’t see a promise from our staff here at the Lobsternet. I understand and I certainly feel bad that you feel Lobsternet ruined your surprise however as you can see below it was scanned and in the hands of *** on the 9th @5:It actually left our location by 3:45pm, tracking number sent to you via email at 4:04. Now Im sure you can relate as a business owner, we do not have control over shipping companies? The package was delivered to you, sadly not at the time you hoped for but not at the fault of LobsternetLooking back in the past, I’ve noticed that you have three different accounts with us, with previous orders, not one complaint of delivery. If you have a “love-hate relationship with *** and they’re consistent inability to deliver as promised”, as mention in email to us, when placing your order you could have informed us of your hatred towards *** and requested the use of ***We did ship the product when asked, and we don’t deliver the product ourselves we out source via *** and *** (overnight delivery). The customer received his package at 8:13pm on the day promised by Lobstenet. However it arrived later that he desired, he rejected it having *** take it back Lobsternet does not guarantee delivery time, once it leaves our packing facility it is then in the hands of *** or ***, we do
however guarantee the day of delivery as stated on our Website, but the package arrived on the date he requested.
