Cap Nutra advertising is very deceptive and there overall handling of orders and returns terrible
I was taken by the deceptive tactics of cap nutra. I was sent another bottle of the *** they push and called them to tell them I did not want it nor did I want any further shipments. I was told at that time I would be credited the full amount of 89.13 and I thought, well at least they were straight up about the return and credit. BUT OH NO. I not only sent the bottle back for a full refund but had to pay the post office to do so. So that costs me further funds and older person like myself doesnt have. I protested the charge and recieved a letter from Cap Nutra LLC SUE C. owner that she admitted that there are hidden words and catch phrases to catch unwhitting older folks like myself and basically said stick it old man. She said she had a track number to me but what she didnt say was I sent her crappy false product back to her. She puts a phone number to reach her only to have it be the false advertising gimmick phone service and not her. She should be ashamed at her false advertising and terrible service.
