Negative experience with this outfit Hired to do four bathrooms and bottom line is he did not allot the appropriate time to do them hence took on more jobs so we got the short end of the stick Job started in July and somewhat finished in September with many problems Getting him back here to correct problems was a nightmare, he was fully paid so had no commitment despite a contract with yr warranty He is very unprofessional at times and we actually even witnessed what we would call little fits when challenged by us (a few of them he apologized for via text, which is so unprofessinal) His change orders were high so we asked him to breakdown the actual cost of each item listed but despite asking multiple times we never received one on any (four total) of change orders He covers his lost monies on mistakes in change orders We also came to realize he just lied his way through things telling us that one or the other of us said things ...finally we compared notes to learn he was blatantly making the stuff up When confronted on mistakes or problems, he always through his work team under the bus We believed he was project manager so he should have caught many of the problems before we did Be very careful if you hire him or keep the job simple and agree with is time frame otherwise expect an emotional roller coaster One example of his unprofessional behavior and immaturity was after chasing him to correct elevated tiles grout glaze residue all over floor, he texted my husband and threatened if I (wife with expletives) texted him again he would not fix work All I did was point out after floor was cleaned correctly first time this wouldn't have been an issue to which he waited and as he left muttered under his breath he wasn't going to be "belittled or ridiculed" Just our opinion The man made an awful lot of money from us yet we were dirt to him once fully paid
